Dear customers
About our approach to the new coronavirus infection
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support.
At R & Run Kyoto, as a countermeasure against infectious diseases caused by the new coronavirus, we put the health and safety of our customers and employees first, and take the following measures so that our customers can use our services with peace of mind. We are here.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
[Efforts in guest rooms and public spaces]
1. The 5th floor lounge and conference room will be closed for the time being.
2. Installation of hand sanitizer on the front desk
3. Strengthening regular disinfection
We carry out alcohol disinfection of parts that are often touched by customers, such as doorknobs, doors, escalator railings, elevator buttons, and restroom doors.
4. Wearing a mask when serving customers
In consideration of the health and safety of our customers and public health, our customer service staff wear masks.
5. Check the health condition of the guest
We ask all guests about their physical condition at check-in.
6. Strengthening in-room disinfection
We disinfect the rooms with alcohol, such as cooking utensils, tableware, tables, doorknobs, and remote controls, when cleaning the rooms and before check-in.
7. Change of room cleaning
In order to minimize contact, the housekeeping staff will only perform full cleaning once a week. Towels will be changed in the cart outside the guest room door. Please return the used items to the cart. Garbage will be collected in the blue trash can next to the elevator. Please let us know if you have any items you need, such as garbage bags and detergents.
[Efforts for employees]
1. Wear a mask when going to and from work
2. Check your physical condition when you go to work
We thoroughly check the body temperature and disinfect the fingers.
3. Addition of alcohol disinfectant in the back space
We have added alcohol disinfectant to ensure that your hands are disinfected when you enter the office or clean.
4. Establishing a management system for people with poor physical condition
We have introduced a code of conduct when you are in poor physical condition and a mechanism to manage the health status of employees.
5. Refrain from going out and attending meetings unnecessarily
In addition to prohibiting unnecessary and urgent business trips by employees, we are instructing them to refrain from traveling overseas, attending meetings / events where an unspecified number of people gather, and having dinner / meetings at each workplace.
6. Implementation of staggered commuting
We strive to prevent infection by commuting to work, mainly in the back office, avoiding busy hours.
